Veterinary Care is considered an essential business. Dr. Janet will continue to help families and pets while following the direction of the CDC and WHO to minimize the spread of COVID-19.
Due to the increased risk of Dr. Janet being in your home and the extra supplies needed to keep safe an additional $100.00 will be charged.
Please note if Dr. Janet becomes ill she will discontinue her services immediately.
If someone in your household has any of the following please let Dr. Janet know prior to your appointment:
recently travelled abroad within the last two weeks
currently ill
has been ill within the last two weeks
been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19
been presumptively diagnosed as positive for COVID-19
tested positive for COVID-19
Dr. Janet will also be taking the following precautions to ensure everyone remains safe:
1.
Minimizing contact. This is usually the most important part of our time with you, communicating our support via a hug or warm handshake, but we’re doing our best to minimize physical
contact.
2. If possible, please consider the opportunity to meet with our doctors outside. This will help keep airflow to a maximum, reducing any potential exposure.
3. This isn’t typical at all, but given the situation, we may be wearing gloves, mask, and/or other PPE (personal protection equipment).
